Now if you’re reading this and cursing me, please be aware that I was a single mum of 2 little girls when they were 2& 4 (they are now 21 & 18) and I was a single mum for about 9 years. So I really do know what I am talking about and how hard it is to juggle everything.
When did we have to differentiate gender is identifying our business roles. Surely we are entrepreneurs and we are leaders within our business sectors? I am a mum and love being a mother, but I am an entrepreneur and proud of that – I am willing to be compared to my male colleagues and peers, I don’t need a sub title – thanks all the same.
